When you submit an enquiry through our forms or funnel, we collect the details you provide: typically your name, phone number, email address, business type, area and budget bracket. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you become a client, to deliver our services.
If you enter contact details into one of our forms or funnels and leave the page without pressing send, those details, along with any answers already selected, may still be transmitted to us. We use this only to follow up on what appears to be a genuine enquiry that was interrupted. If you would rather we did not hold those details, email us and we will delete them.
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, interactions, approximate location and device type). These tools set cookies and may record anonymised session activity. We use this data to improve the site, not to identify you personally. See our Cookies page for details and how to opt out.
Enquiry forms are processed by Formspree, which transmits your submission to us by email. Enquiries, including partially completed ones, may also trigger an SMS notification to our team so we can respond quickly.
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the service providers needed to operate the site and respond to you (analytics, form processing, communications), each bound by their own privacy terms.
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted on request or in periodic reviews.
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email team@obsidianmedia.site and we'll action it promptly. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
